镧对太湖地区水稻土若干水解酶活性的影响

摘    要:通过模拟试验研究了镧对太湖地区水稻土酸性磷酸酶、脲酶及蔗糖酶活性的影响。镧对水稻土酸性磷酸酶活性表现出抑制作用 ,当镧浓度大于 6 0 mg/kg时 ,抑制作用达到显著水平 ,最大抑制率达到 13%;镧对水稻土脲酶活性影响不显著 ;镧对水稻土蔗糖酶活性表现出一定的刺激作用 ,当镧浓度为 30 0 mg/kg时 ,刺激作用达到显著水平 ,最大刺激率为 10 %。

Abstract:The effects of Lanthanum (La) on the activities of acid phosphatase, urease and sucrase of paddy soil in Tai Lake district were studied through simulation experiment. La inhibited acid phosphatase activity of paddy soil, and there was a significant inhibition (p<0.05) when La concentration was over 60 mg/kg,and the maximum inhibition rate was 13%. La had no significant effect on urease activity of paddy soil. La stimulated sucrase activity of paddy soil, and there was significant stimulation (p<0.05) at 300 mg/kg, and the maximum stimulation rate was 10%.
