关于"印刷原理"课程和"印刷工艺"课程建设的探讨

建设“印刷原理”课程和“印刷工艺”课程,是印刷专业建设、课程建设的重大改革。本文指出“印刷原理”课程的建设除原有课程涉及的平版胶印外,要研究同属模拟印刷的柔性版印刷原理、凹版印刷原理和丝网印刷原理;并针对现代数字印刷方法,研究完全不同于模拟印刷的数字印刷原理,建立起数字印刷的基本概念、机理和理论体系,与模拟印刷原理一起形成完整的“印刷原理”课程体系。“印刷工艺”课程的建设应以印品质量和印刷生产效益为基本目标,在印刷原理和其他专业基础课程的基础上,分析印刷生产中的材料、设备、环境和人员要素,掌握合理选择印刷技术的方法;探索主要工艺参数的设定与调整,理顺工艺参数优化方法与规律;以系统论的理念搭建制订印刷工艺流程的平台,实现印刷工艺参数的最优化和印品质量、印刷生产效益的最优化。
