中国区域发展的水安全评价

摘    要:在对水安全度定义的基础上,选取水供需矛盾、生态环境、粮食安全、饮用水安全和控制灾害等评价指标,采用多层次多目标模糊优选理论方法,建立了区域发展水安全测度模型。并利用层次分析法(AHP)确定各评价指标的权重,结合水安全评价指标体系和所建模型,对我国区域发展的水安全状况进行了分析评价,取得了较为满意的结果,可为区域可持续发展提供决策依据。

Abstract:In this paper,the status of water safety for regional development in China is evaluated.The contents of water safety evaluation involve discrepancy between water supply and demand,eco-environment,food security,drinking water security and calamity mitigation.After defining water safety degree,a multi-level and multi-objective fuzzy optimization model is adopted to establish a water safety degree evaluation model.The Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)method is used to judge the weights of each index.The model is...
