摘    要:通过计算机数值模拟和实际工艺试验相结合的方式研究了模具钢真空热处理的加热滞后时间与工件特征的关系,其目的是改进目前的真空热处理加热保温时间过长的状况,在保证产品热处理质量的前提下,尽可能地减少无效加热保温时间,节约能源。

Abstract:The relation of the delay-time during vacuum heating die steel to the workpiece characteristics was investigated through the combination of computer simulation with practical process test in order to improve the excessively long holding time of vacuum heat treatment cycle,i.e.,to reduce the unavailable holding time to minimum,so as to save energy under the condition able to assure heat treatment quality.
