点支式玻璃幕墙全玻璃肋支承系统结构设计

摘    要:通过厦门某工程的点支式玻璃幕墙玻璃肋支承系统结构设计分析,其计算公式未能在现行规范内全面适用。建立竖向玻璃肋点支承、水平全玻支承系统结构的力学计算模型,根据力学模型计算分析及型式检测,结果表明:该玻璃幕墙全玻支承系统结构是可靠的、有效的。玻璃肋为脆性材料,不同于金属材料,不考虑材料截面塑性发展系数。采用硅酮结构胶或硅酮建筑密封胶对幕墙点支承系统结构的力学计算模型不同,但对竖向肋承载力的计算结果差异不大。

Analysis the Construal Design for Glass-rib Supporting System of Point-supported Glass Curtain Walls

Abstract:The analysis some project case of the constmal design for glass-rib supporting system of point-supported glass curtain walls, It couldn't be unable to shown calculation formula of regulation. Model mechanics calculation of point-supported erect rib and level rib of glass was applied for design. Based on the stratic load test and the caulation on analysis it, the results show that it is reliable and effective. The rib of glass for brittleness material isn't calculated plastic adaption coefficient of cross-section different from metal material. It is more differentl for model mechanics calculation to adoption structural silicone sealant or wealther proofing silicone sealant. However the results is similar for erect rib bearing capacity.
