用硅藻土制备白炭黑工艺中乙烯基硅烷的作用研究

摘    要:研究了以硅藻土为原料,用沉淀法制备白炭黑的工艺中,乙烯基硅烷A-151的用量对白炭黑吸油率和比表面积的影响,结果表明:改性白炭黑产品粒度分布均匀,可达纳米级,用w4的乙烯基硅烷改性所得产品具有最大的比表面积,其值为232.908m2/g,改性剂分子与白炭黑颗粒表面发生了化学吸附。

Abstract:Influence of oil absorbing capacity and specific surface area on precipitated silica was studied in this article,which was obtained when using ethylene silane A-151 in the preparing silica from diatomite.The studies demonstrated that the size of modifying product is uniform and nano-meter,the largest specific surface area of all products is 232.908 m2/g,which was achieved when using w 4 weight parts of A-151 to modify the silica,chemical adsorption occurred between the surface of precipitated silica and modifying agent molecule.
