| 摘 要： | 介绍一种在湿法磷酸或磷脂生产过程中用水吸收四氟化硅制备氟硅酸的专利技术。该工艺是将加压水通过挤压吸收塔的喉颈吸收四氟化硅,同时将气体中的硅胶和热量一并带出,在循环液槽中冷却并分离出硅胶后用泵加压再循环吸收。挤压吸收塔是与传统的氟吸附设备不同的传质设备。采用此工艺,吸收率可提高到９９％;投资小、运行费用低,产酸浓度高。

| Abstract: | A patent for fluorosilicic acid production by adsorption of silicon tetrafluoride with pressure water is described in the production of wet-process phosphoric acid or phosphate fertilizer. The extrusion adsorption process has the advertages of lower cost and investment,higher acid contents than the traditional,the rate of adsorption reaches 99%. |
