摘    要:采用JH - 12型COD恒温加热器消解土壤样品 ,测定其有机质含量 .通过对样品消解温度、沸腾消解时间的实验设计 ,确定样品消解温度为 175℃ ,沸腾消解时间为 5min .实验样品的平均含量与外检结果相比 ,其相对偏差仅为 0 .8% .在本实验条件下 ,对广西区内 6 5个土壤样品进行了测试 ,经随机抽查 ,相对偏差均小 5 % ,与经典的油浴加热法相比 ,该方法方便、快捷 ,减少了环境污染 ,提高了劳动效率

Abstract:For the determination of organic matter contents of soil samples, a JH 12 COD constant temperature heater is used to decompose the soil samples. After the concerned parameters settled at the lab, the decomposing temperature is measured at 175℃ and the decomposing time is 5 minutes. It is found that the relative errors are no more than 0.8% by comparing the results between experiments and trip tests. Under the experimental conditions, 65 soil samples from Guangxi are examined. The relative errors are all less than 5% by random sampling. Compared with traditional oil bath heating methods, this method is more convenient and rapider with less pollution and better effectiveness.
