摘    要:以某电厂正在运行的汽轮发电机组的振动信号为分析对象,以小波理论为重点,将小波分析与博里叶变换有机结合,利用小波分析的强时频分析特性和傅里叶变换的直观性,使故障诊断的结果既有效可靠又简单直观,在实际中易实现,从而找到了一种新的机械故障诊断方法,提高了诊断结果的精确性,实现了从运行中的汽轮发电机组的振动信号中诊断出故障类型及其所处的部位的目标.

Abstract:The vibrating signal from the turbine-generator set which is running in a certain electric company is taken to be an analysis object. Wavelet analysis, which is regarded as the emphasis, is combined with FFT. By using the better time-frequency analysis character of wavelet analysis and intuitionistic character of FFT, fault diagnosis can be made not only effective and reliable, but also simple and intuitionistic. And a new method of machine fault diagnosis is found and the exactitude of diagnosis result is improved.
