| 摘 要： | 缩短分形块编码时间是进行分形图象压缩的关键问题之一。该文从邻域匹配、对比度因子的选取、预处理等方面提出了一些降低编码时间的方法。文章重点阐述了这些方法的原理和有关实现算法。实验结果表明，该文所提出的方法在提高编码速度上具有较好的效果。

| Abstract: | Reducing fractal block coding time is one of the main problems of fractal image compression. The paper presents some methods of reducing coding time in neighborhood matching 、 selecting contrast degree scale、 pre-dealing。The paper mainly expounds upon methods principle and algorithm 。 The experiment's result proves that above methods have a good effect in speeding up fractal block coding。 |
