摘    要:为提高车辆用侧架磨耗板的耐磨性 ,应用中频感应加热淬火技术较好地解决因全淬工艺和高频感应加热淬火出现的质量问题 ,经试验对比 ,其工艺合理、技术可靠、经济效益明显。

Abstract:In order to increase the wear resistance of the wearing plate of vehicle side frame, medium frequency induction heating quenching technology is applied, which very well solves the quality problem caused by full quenching process and high frequency induction heating quenching Comparison tests show that the process is reasonable, technology is reliable and economic benefit is obvious
