| 摘 要： | 针对 GD- X2生产线的 4350 / PACK- OW机组中的 CH透明纸包装机的透明纸热封系统热封效果不完美的情况 ,文章将机、电、气三方面相结合 ,介绍一种利用压缩空气为热媒 ,对已经被烙铁烙封输出的堆叠烟包再进行包容式全方位热封的方法。从改进后的效果检查来看 ,大大地提高了小盒透明纸包装的平整性和紧凑性 ,达到了良好的应用效果。

| Abstract: | Focusing on the problem of imperfect result of the seal heating system of CH cellophane wrapper in 4350/PACK OW Set of GD X2 production line, the article introduces a way by combining machine, electricity and gas together to heat seal the piled bales which was heat sealed by soldering iron Testing results show that good result has been achieves with improvement in smoothness and tightness for small packages |
