摘    要:以水性超支化聚氨酯丙烯酸酯为研究对象,通过傅里叶变换红外光谱研究了其合成过程中主要活性基团变化,并结合核磁共振氢谱及核磁共振碳谱分析合成树脂的结构,结果表明:实验合成得到了目标产物水性超支化聚氨酯丙烯酸酯.对涂膜紫外光固化动力学的研究表明,分子结构中羧基及不饱和双键含量对固化速度及最终双键转化率有重要影响,双键最终转化...

Abstract:With waterborne hyperbranched polyurethane acrylate(WHPUA) as a model,the transformations of different groups were characterized using Fourier Transform Infrared(FT-IR) during the synthesis process,and the resin structure were analyzed using the 1H NMR and 13C NMR.The results showed that the resulted product was the target product—waterborne hyperbranched polyurethane acrylates.The WHPUA UV curing dynamics were discussed,which indicated that the content of carboxyl and double bond in resin molecular structure played critical influence on double bond conversion and potocuring rate.The ultimate double bond conversion was over 80%.
