摘    要:以烤烟品种NC89为试材,研究了不同烘烤条件下烟叶的变黄指数和叶片色素含量的变化。结果表明,随着烟叶变黄时间的延长,烟叶的变黄指数逐渐增大,达到最大值后则趋于稳定;烟叶中叶绿素降解速度呈现出变黄前期降解缓慢,中期加快,后期又变慢的规律性。不同处理相比,以三段式烘烤工艺烟叶中的叶绿素降解最为充分,烤后烟叶品质最好。

Abstract:The changes of yellowing coefficient and pigment content in flue-cured tobacco leaves were studied with cultivar NC89 under different curing conditions. The results showed that as the lengthening of yellowing time during curing the yellowing coefficient in tobacco leaves increased gradually and reached maxium;the rate of chlorophyll degradation was low in the early of yellowing stage,increased in the middle stage,and then decreased in the later stage.In different curing treatment,chlorophyll degradation was the most appropriate under three-step curing schedual,which results in improving the quality of the cured leaves.
