| Abstract: | The functions of bidding during the development of architecture construction enterprises are introduced. From some common bidding skills such as loss after profit, low price break even, unbalance offering, abrupt sale and so on are discussed. Then, the paper points out that only the bidding skills are mastered can the enterprises develop better. |
