荆门基础油研制齿轮油产品

摘    要:通过基础油、添加剂等的筛选,确定以荆门加氢处理基础油HVI500N和老三套工艺(糠醛精制一酮苯脱蜡一白土补充精制)基础油MVI90BS为基础油组分,辅以T803、T602作为增粘降凝剂,调配出SAE85W/90车辆齿轮油基础油和220号工业齿轮油基础油。分别加入总剂量4.8%和1.6%的复合添加剂,经过实验室分析评定和台架测试,研制出85W/90GL-5车辆齿轮油和220号重负荷工业齿轮油。讨论了复合添加剂各单剂之间的配伍性,防腐剂对极压抗磨性的影响、含磷极压抗磨剂结构对极压抗磨性的贡献以及复合抗氧剂的组成和对整个复合剂的性能影响。

Abstract:The base oils of SAE 85W/90 vehicle gear oil and 220# industrial gear oil were obtained by blending Jingmen hydrogenated base stock HVI 500N and non-hydrogenated bright stock MVI 90BS in the right proportion, and adding pour point depressant and viscosity improvers viz.T803 and T602. Through the physics-chemical analysis and the bench test, the SAE 85W/90 GL-5 vehicle gear oil and 220# heavy-duty industrial gear oil were prepared with the dosage of 4.8% and 1.6% of additive package respectively. The compatibility of additives in additive package, the influences of corrosion inhibitors on anti-wear and extreme pressure property, etc. were discussed.
