| 摘 要： | 对多媒体数据库进行了较深入的研究,简要论述了什么是多媒体数据库、采用多媒体信息检索的必要性和多媒体数据库存在的关键技术问题,重点讨论了多媒体数据的特征,多媒体数据库建模的一般要求和目前实现多媒体数据库的方法,即面向对象数据库技术。
