摘    要:本试验研究了饲粮中添加0.2%、0.4%和0.6%果寡糖对艾维茵商品代肉鸡消化机能的影响。结果表明:肉鸡日粮中添加0.2%、O.4和0.6%果寡糖使粗纤维的表观消化率分别提高了21.09%(P<0.05)、33.28%(P<0.01)和29.90%(P<0.01),添加O.2%和0.4%果寡糖使粗灰分的表观消化率分别提高了21.83%(P<0.05)和31.94%(P<0.05),添加0.4%果寡糖使钙和磷的表观消化率分别提高了17.39%(P

Abstract:Four hundred and eighty Avian commercial broilers were used to study the effects of dietary fruc-tooligosaccharide (FOS) at the level of 0.2% ,0.4% ,and 0.6% on the digestive function of broiler.The digestive experiment showed that addition of 0.2% ,0.4% and 0.6% FOS improved the apparent digestibilities of crude fiber by 21.09 % (P<0.05),33.28%(P<0.01) and 29.90% (P < 0.01)as compared with control, respectively. Addition of 0.2% and 0.4% FOS improved the apparent digestibilities of crude ash by 21.83 % ( P < 0.05 ) and 31.94 % ( P < 0.05 ) , respectively . The apparent digestibilities of Ca and P were improved by 17.39 % ( P < 0.05 ) and 17.76 % ( P < 0.05 ) with 0.4% FOS consumption.Supplementation with 0.2% and 0.4% FOS improved the activities of total protease,trypsin and a- amylase in the small intestinal content (from the distal end of the duodenum to the ileo - caecal junction) by 56.31% (P < 0.05) and 73.10%(P<0.05),41.65%(P<0.05)and 58.84% (P < 0.01), 17.08(P < 0.01) and 31.51% (P < 0.05) .respectively. However, FOS had no effect on the activities of chymotrypsin and lipase in the small intestinal content and of digestive enzymes in pancreas. Morphological measurement of ideal and cecal mucosa did show response to consumption of FOS. Consumption of 0.2% and 0.4 % FOS increased the ideal villus height by 22.50 % (P < 0.05 ) and 28.72 % ( P < 0. 01) and reduced the ideal crypt depth by 15.03 % (P < 0.05 ) and 20.77 % ( P < 0.05 ) , respectively. Consumption of 0. 4% and 0.6% FOS increased cecal wall weight and cecal mucosal crypt depth by 30.66%(P<0.05) and 38.15%(P< 0.05),22.27%(P<0.05) and 26.71% (P < 0.01) ,respectively. Cecal mucosal cell density was increased by 22.36% ( P < 0.05 ) with 0.6 % FOS supplementation.
