| 摘 要： | 以4－甲氧基苯乙腈为原料，经四步反应合成了盐酸万拉法新，含量99．5％，总收率77．1％。该方法具有操作简单、原料价格低廉、还原收率高、对环境污染小的特点．是一条适合工业化生产的合成路线。

| Abstract: | Venlafaxine hydrochloride was synthesized from 4-methoxyphenylacetonitrile by four steps,with Assay(HPLC) of 99.5% and total yield of 77.1%.This method is a suitable industrial synthetic route with advant-ages of convenient operation,cheap materials,high yield of reductive reaction,and less pollution to environ-ment. |
