| 摘 要： | 本文阐述工程实施过程中,采取相应措施,以避免或最大程度减少施工活动对生态、环境的破坏。并以工程实施前、工程实施过程中、工程实施结束后的各种监测数据以及工地现状,说明所采取措施的有效性。从而说明在大中型水利工程(或其它大型土石方工程)施工过程中,采取环境保护措施的可行性及必要性。为大中型水利工程实施对生态、环境保护,为人类与大自然的和谐提供参考。

| Abstract: | This paper introduced the environmental protection measures to mitigate adverse ecological and environment impacts during project construction,and verified the effectiveness by the monitoring data collected prior to,underway and post construction period.This study displayed the feasibility and necessity of the environmental protection measures for the large and middle scale Hydraulic projects or other civil construction projects,and provide a good example to improve ecological environmental protection for the construction projects so as to promote humanization between human and the nature. |
