摘    要:H0 8MnA、H10Mn2、H10MnSi焊接用盘条系采用氧气顶吹转炉冶炼、钢包底吹氩、小方坯连铸机和无扭控轧控冷高速线材轧机工艺生产。通过控制化学成分、全程保护浇铸和控轧控冷等工艺措施 ,使得盘条的化学成分均匀、强度低、塑性高 ,质量稳定可靠、可满足用户对钢丝拉拔性能和焊接性能的要求

Abstract:H08MnA?H10Mn2?H10MnSi wire rod for weld are produced by following methods:iron is smelt in top blowing oxygen revolving furnace,treated in the laddle with Ar bottom-blowing,then continuously cast into small billets,and the wire rod is rolled in high speed mill by controlling cooling.Such measures are used in the process as chemical compositions controlling,protective casting,rolling and cooling controlling,etc,so chemical compositions of the rod are uniform,the tensile strength is low,the plasticity is high,the quality is stable,and the rod can satisfy the requirements of drawing and welding properties.
