| 摘 要： | 硫酸生产废热锅炉给水常规热力除氧工艺需消耗大量低压蒸汽，脱盐水除氧成本高。活性铁常温除氧新工艺采用活性铁滤料除氧一强酸性阳离子交换树脂除铁，生产出合格的常温除氧脱盐水，除氧成本仅为0．18元／t。常温除氧脱盐水用于回收硫酸装置中低温位热能，可将硫铁矿制酸装置中压蒸汽产汽率提高到1．3～1．4t／t，经济效益可观。

| Abstract: | Conventional thermal deoxygenation process for desalted boiler feed water needs to consume large amounts of low-pressure steam, so the cost is high. The new deoxygenation process can produce qualified desalted water at normal temperature by deoxygenation using active iron filter and iron removal using strongly acidic cation-exchange resin, at a cost of only 0.18 yuan per ton water. The deoxygenated desalted water is used in waste heat boiler of pyrite-based sulphuric acid plant to recovery low-level heat energy and increase medium-pressure steam production to 1.3-1.4 t/t, resuhint in significant economic benefit. |
