| Abstract: | This paper introduces process parameters,operation requirements,facility structure and its operation which are related to No,2 continuous casting machine (CCM) in converter plant of Guangzhou iron and steel corporation during commissioning. The advantages and disadvantages of major equipments (such as mould,rigid and flexible dummy bar, withdrawal machine,torch cutter)of No.2 CCM are indicated herein. And also the exposed problems are analyzed and resolved. |
