摘    要:利用单端工频量的输电线路故障测距算法,较难解决多系统的故障定位问题,基于分布参数线路模型,提出三端系统故障测距的新方法,其特点为;(1)各端之间不需同步测量,因此,不需实时通信,只需故障后分析,(2)对于单回线T结和单回线-双回线T结,不需区分短路模型。(3)亦适合于长线的短路点定位,且原理上,测距精度与分布电容,过渡阻抗,负荷电流和系统运行方式等因素无关,模拟故障测距的数字仿真试验表明,方法有效

Abstract:Conventional fault location algorithms using one terminal data are not applicable to multi terminal system.RLC distributed line model based fault location algorithm for EHV T connection is presented.The development technqiue has improved following aspacts:(1)The measurements at the three ends are not required to be synchronized.Thus the scheme does not requrie real time communication,only off line post fault analysis.(2) It isn't necessary to classifty fault for the T connection constructured by single and single circuit lines or by single and double circuit lines.(3)The technique is suitable for long line,too.Theorectically,the accuracy of locating fault is virtually free from shunt capacitance,fault transient impedance,fault distance,load currents and source impedances.The digital simulation results show the high accuracy of the proposed fault locaton technique.
