| 摘 要： | 重点分析了节水灌溉的理论、技术、措施和方法。提出了对节水灌溉的几种新的认识和节水灌溉技术在应用时各地区应结合自然条件、经济水平、技术力量等因地制宜地采取的不同措施,并考虑了长远规划,逐步发展现代化、自动化的先进灌水技术。

| Abstract: | The theory,technology and relevant methods for water-saving irrigation are emphatically analyzed herein;in which some new concepts of the water-saving irrigation are put forward.Furthermore,it is pointed out that the water-saving irrigation technologies are to be applied in combination with different measures adaptable to the natural conditions,economic levels and technical capacities of the various regions concerned and then the relevant long-term plans are to be considered for developing the modern and automatic irrigation technologies as well. |
