锅炉减温器裂纹原因分析及改进措施

摘    要:通过介绍云浮发电厂水室或减温器的结构和特点,说明水室式减温器裂纹产生的具体部位,指出减温器引进管裂纹产生的原因是温差大引起应力集中建成的;环形水室裂纹产生的原因是结构和材料不合理引起的。最后,针对裂纹产生的原因,采取了相关的改进措施。

Abstract:The structure and features of the water-chamber type desuperheaters in Yunfu Power Plant are described, and the bursting positions in the desuperheaters indicated. It is concluded upon analysis that the cracks on the intake pipe of the desuperheaters are caused by concentrated stress due to large temperature difference, while those on the circular water chamber by the irrational structure and material. Countermeasures are adopted accordingly.
