抽取式安全壳氢气浓度分析设备的研究

摘    要:安全壳氢气浓度分析对核电站的安全有着非常重要的作用。针对核电站事故后的安全壳大气设计工况,研究设计了一种抽取式的氢气浓度分析设备。它使用具备防爆性能和承受高辐射能力的材料及零部件,以及核电1E级控制器,采用干法取样技术及样气回流技术,对样气进行处理、分析,并将分析后的尾气回流至安全壳内。独创性地设计了一种湿度补偿模型,对分析得到的结果进行湿度补偿,很好地修正了干法取样带来的大幅度误差,保障了分析精度。本研究成果已在核电站长期在线运行验证,取得了良好效果。

Abstract:Reactor containment hydrogen concentration analysis plays a very important role in the safety of nuclear power plants. This paper researched an extracting analysis equipment of hydrogen concentration according to the reactor containment atmosphere design operating condition in nuclear power plant accident. It uses the materials and components with explosion-proof performance and high radiation ability, as well as nuclear grade 1E controller, It process,analyze the sample gas with the dry sampling technology and sample gas recirculation technology, and the exhaust analysis gas reflux to the containment. Originally designed a humidity compensation model, to makes the humidity compensation for the obtained analysis results, well fixed large amplitude error of dry sampling brings, guarantee the accuracy of the analysis. The results of this study validate the long-term online operation in nuclear power plant, and achieved good results.
