摘    要:针对洁净室内气、固两相湍流运动,在不同送风条件下,采用离散相模型DPM对某6级洁净厂房进行数值模拟,得出室内工作区颗粒浓度分布情况。通过对结果的分析发现,合理的送风速度可以给工作区带来更好的洁净效果。

Abstract:In view of the gas-solid two-phase flow in the clean room,using DPM model simulated the twophase flow field of class 6 clean room under the different air conditions. The distribution of the particle concentration of the indoor work areas was shown by the research. The results indicated that reasonable inlets velocity can make the work area more clean.
