数控机床几何误差补偿器的实验研究

摘    要:介绍一种由单片机控制的数控机床几何误差补偿器.误差补偿的原理主要是运用多体系统运动学理论建立机床几何误差模型,用单片机控制固化在程序存储器内的误差补偿程序完成补偿任务,并通过RS-232C实现数控机床与误差补偿器的通信与数据交换.

Abstract:A geometric error compensation device of CNC controlled by single chip computer is introduced.The main principle of error compensation is establishing geometric error model of CNC by using multi-body system theory,implementing compensation by the compensation program which is solidified in EPROM and controlled by single chip computer,and using RS-232C to implement communication and data exchange between CNC and single chip computer.
