摘    要:文中简单介绍了机载气象雷达的基本结构,并分析了导航信息在雷达监视器上迭加显示的工作原理;为了在雷达ATE系统中实现对该功能的自动测试,提出了一种简单易行的测试方法,即通过ARINC429接口卡对导航信息进行记录和回放,然后采用基于DSP的视频测试卡输出或接收RGB编码信号,最终达到对雷达显示器及导航接口进行测试和故障隔离的目的;该测试方法已在国内某型机载机气象雷达ATE测试系统中获得成功应用。

Abstract:The basic structure of onboard weather radar is introduced,and the working principle of how the navigation information is superposited on radar monitor is analyzed.For troubleshooting purpose,a direct yet simple method is adopted in radar ATE system.That is,first to receive and re-transmit navigation information with an ARINC429 card,and then to isolate the fault components by generating coded RGB signals or decoding the received RGB signals with a DSP based visual frequency testing card.The technique has been successfully implemented in an onboard weather radar ATE system.
