| Abstract: | The basic trend of the residence design is summarized in this paper according to the development of Shenzhen economy establishment and the evolvement of residence pattern. It covers the following aspects: the development of residence establishment and improvement of environment idea;upgrading and perfecting the mating facilities in residence area;being rich and colorful for residence architecture style;residence model design taking man as leading role. And this four basic trends is already accepted. |
