| 摘 要： | 通过定量分析，得出了锯片的效率和寿命与刀头配方有关参数的量化关系。定量研究结论与有关定性结果完全吻合，这说明该研究所得锯片性能与其刀头配方参数间的定量关系是可行的；得出的锯片性能与参数间的定量关系，可以用于指导刀头配方的参数设计；并可根据刀头的设计参数预知锯片的性能情况。要弄清楚刀头配方中所有参数与其性能间的内在定量关系，仍需作更进一步的深入研究。

| Abstract: | The paper was aimed at investigating the quantitative relation between formulation parameters of bits and performance of diamond saw blade. The quantitative ralation between the life of the waw blade and related parameters of bit formulation was obtained through strict theoretical calculation and derivation. The results coincide well with previous qualitative ones, reflecting its feasibility; The relation could be used to guide parameter design of bit formulation; The performance of the saw blade could be predicted by the relation. It is necessary to study the relation further. |
