高压井负压测试工艺

摘    要:高压地层测试作业时,采用经过调整的原钻井液作为压井液,容易因压井液沉淀而赞成管串卡井事故,而采用无固相压井液(尤其是澳盐溶液)成本又很高,为此,渤海油因QHD30-IN-1等高压井测试期间,用盐水或海和井液,测试结果后再使用原钻井液压井,成功地进行了负压测试,既保证了作业安全,又降低了成本。

Abstract:Utilizing the modified original drilling fluid as killing fluid,it is liable to cause the string sticking accidents because of the deposition of killing fluid.In the period of high pressure test operation,the cost would be much higher if the free-solid killing fluid(especially to the weak hydrochloric fluid) were used.As result,during the testing time of high pressure well QHD30-1N-1 in Bohai oilfield,the under balance pressure testing operations have been performed successfully when making use of salt water or sea water as killing fluid and utilizing the former drilling fluid to kill the wells after the test.That not only ensure the operation safety,but also reduce the quantity of testing cost.
