摘    要:锁相频率源是卫星通信系统中最重要的核心部件之一,文章利用TI公司集成了VCO功能的锁相频合器芯片LMX2594设计了一款X频段低相噪频率源,模拟仿真并进行了实物电路测试,结果满足设计要求。该方案简单便捷,结构紧凑,具有广泛的应用前景。

Abstract:The phase-locked frequency source is one of the most important core components in the satellite communication system.In this paper,the X-band low-phase noise frequency source is designed by using the new generation of phase-locked frequency synthesizer chip lmx2594 which integrates VCO function,which is newly introduced by TI company.The test results of the physical circuit meet the design requirements.The scheme is simple,convenient,compact and has a wide application prospect.
