空间行波管放大器用栅控调制技术

摘    要:为满足宇航用空间脉冲行波管放大器对阴极发射电子束的控制要求,设计一种高可靠调制器,具备对脉宽和占空比的保护功能和对栅极控制行波管放大器的调制能力,在卫星寿命末期可通过地面遥控指令,改变星上栅压正偏输出,补偿行波管阴极发射能力下降。

Abstract:In order to meet the control requirements of space pulse TWT amplifier for cathode electron beam,a kind of high reliability modulator is designed.The modulator has the protection function for pulse width and duty cycle and the modulation ability for grid controlled TWT amplifier.At the end of satellite life,it can change the positive bias of grid voltage on satellite to compensate the cathode emission ability dropping through ground remote control command.
