基于模糊Kano模型和可拓创新法的特种运载抱罐车设计

摘    要:目的 结合模糊Kano模型和可拓创新法,解决特种运载抱罐车目前同质化严重、用户满意度低等问题。方法 提出基于模糊Kano模型和可拓创新法相结合的创新设计方法。首先,对特种运载抱罐车展开可拓分析,建立物元模型,进行拓展分析并利用模糊Kano模型,输出质量要素的重要程度,提取关键设计要素。其次,结合用户需求的数据分析结果,利用可拓变换方法将所构建的特种运载抱罐车物元数学表征模型进行变换,获取新的产品创意模型。最终利用优度评价法获取最优方案。结果 通过对特种运载抱罐车的优化设计,实现在外观造型、安全性能以及功能特征等方面的提升。结论 证明集成模糊Kano模型和可拓创新方法相结合的设计方法能够提高特种运载抱罐车的用户满意度和市场竞争力。

Abstract:The work aims to combine the fuzzy Kano model and the extension innovation method to solve the problems of serious homogeneity and low user satisfaction of special carrying tank cars. An innovative design method based on the combination of the fuzzy Kano model and the extension innovation method was proposed. First of all, the extension analysis was carried out on the special carrying tank cars. A matter-element model was established. The expansion analysis was carried out and the fuzzy Kano model was used to output the importance of the quality elements and extract the key design elements. Secondly, combined with the data analysis results of the user''s needs, the matter-element mathematical representation model of the special carrying tank cars was transformed by the extension transformation method, and a new product creative model was obtained. Finally, the optimal solution was obtained through the goodness evaluation method. Through the optimized design of the special carrying tank cars, the appearance, safety performance and functional characteristics were improved. It is proved that the design method combining the integrated fuzzy Kano model and the extension innovation method can improve the user satisfaction and market competitiveness of the special tanker.
