Abstract:The predicting model based on the GA-BP network was established to meet the requirement for the on-line prediction of power coal quality and combustion characteristics by the digital information control system.The model was adopted to determine the relationships between qualities of the blended coal and its components and was established for predicting the quality indices of the coal,such as the moisture content M_(ad),ash content A_(ad),volatile content V_(ad) and heating value Q_(net,ar)- Based on the quality indices M_(ad),A_(ad),V_(ad) and Q_(net,ar).of each coals and the mixture ratio X, the quality indices M_(ad),A_(ad),V_(ad) and Q_(net,ar) and the combustion characteristic parameter of Ti、C,W_1 of the blended coal can be directly predicted by the model.The prediction results showed that the model is feasible and effective.
