| 摘 要： | 针对200kt/a高压装置C1201-E4换热器频繁泄漏问题,结合生产工况对换热管进行了腐蚀失效分析。指出了在高压装置特定的运行条件下,管束产生腐蚀泄漏的条件。同时从材料方面、水质方面分析了该类设备故障率较高的原因。该分析结果对于工况类似的换热器防腐蚀泄漏具有一定的指导意义。

| Abstract: | Aim at frequent leaks of the heat exchanger C1201-E4 of the 200 kt/a LDPE Plant,failure analysis was made to the heat exchanging tubes combined with the production conditions.The condition for occurrence of corrosive leak of tube bundles under given operation conditions was pointed out.In the same time,the causes for high failure rate of this kind of equipment were analyzed in terms of materials and water quality.The analytical result has a certain guiding meaning for corrosive leak prevention of the exchangers under similar working condition. |
