| 摘 要： | 介绍了乌鲁木齐石化公司常减压装置常压塔结垢状况.从结垢机理和原油性质两个方面分析了造成常压塔结垢的原因,提出了原油合理掺炼、提高电脱盐单元效率、采用新的加工路线等技术手段可以有效的缓解常压塔结垢状况.

| Abstract: | The fouling state of atmospheric column in the Atmospheric and Vacuum Distillation Unit of Urumqi Petrochemical Company is introduced.The cause of serious fouling is analyzed in terms of the fouling mechanism and the crude oil property and technical measures are raised,such as reasonable mixing of crude oil,improving the efficiency of electrostatic desalting unit and adopting the new process to relieve the fouling situation of the atmospheric column. |
