花卉真空预冷保鲜技术探讨

摘    要:花卉是一种活性植物组织,采收后仍在不断发育变化。影响花卉采收后衰老、腐败的因素很多,其中温度是最主要的因素之一。花卉采收后由于呼吸加快,产生大量的附加热,即所谓田间热,田间热对花卉的贮藏和运输十分有害,必须迅速除去,使之达到规定要求的温度,即预冷。真空预冷是最有效的方法。花卉的品种繁多,各生物特性不同,生长环境各异,所以花卉的真空预冷保鲜技术十分复杂,本文详细介绍花卉的真空预冷保鲜的工艺和真空预冷保鲜设备。

Abstract:The flowers and plants are active plant's tissues. After gathered, their growth and change have been continued. There are many factors of flowers and plants getting old and rotten, and one of the most primary factors is temperature. After gathered, the breath of flowers and plants is quikened, the heat attached to them must be removed quickly, and the temperature is suited to require, or precooling. One of the most efficacious ways is vacuum precooling. Because of many kinds of flowers and plants, technique and equipment of the vacuum precooling for keeping flowers and plants fresh are reported in detail in the paper.
