P91钢焊后过回火探讨

摘    要:在焊后热处理过程中,过回火会导致新型耐热钢P91钢的组织劣化,硬度和抗化学腐蚀性能降低。分析认为,P91钢过回火的主要原因是指导性文件或标准欠缺,以及恒温时间和降温速度不合理。讨论了P91钢焊接和焊后热处理工艺的有关问题,提出了在确保焊接接头的韧度和蠕变断裂强度的前提下,合理选择恒温时间和升、降温速度,防止产生过回火现象。
