| 摘 要： | 用热力学方法分析了α-Sialon合成的可能性，并通过制备Ca-α-Sialon和Y-α-Sialon的进行了实验验证，对合成的Ca-α-Sialon和Y-α-Sialon采用XRD进行相组成分析，运用SEM观察了合成材料的显微形貌，发现了长柱状的Ca-α-Sialon晶粒。

| Abstract: | Thermodynamic theory was used to analyze the possibility of synthesis of α-Sialon. Ca-α-Sialon and Y-α-Sialon were prepared by hot-pressing. It was proved that the thermodynamic analysis is accurate. Additionally, the phase composition and microstructure of the sintered materials were investigated by XRD and SEM. In result,the elongated columnar Ca-α-Sialon was found. |
