松涛灌区最优续建规划模型的研究

本文主要研究海南省松涛灌区的续建规模问题,考虑到这个问题既包含规划又包含调度的内容,变量众多,因此采用了分层求解的方法,分别建立了两个模型,即筛选模型,长系列优调模型。筛选模型用以初定灌区的大致范围,长系列优调模型是在筛选的基础上确定符合灌溉保证率的灌区规模。根据这两个模型,分别编制程序,并进行了大量的计算。结果表明,本文所采取的方法和模型是可行的,提出的方案也是符合实际的。

A Research on Optimal Successive Construct Plan Model of Songtao Irrigation Area

The purpose of this paper is to study successive construct plan of Songtao irrigation area in Hainan. Because this research includes plan and operation problems with multi-variables, the hierarchical method is used for establishing, two models-the screen model and the long-run optimal operation one. The screen model determines primary irrigation scale and, based on the primary scale, the long-run optimal operation model determines the irrigation scale that conforms to irrigation guarantee rate. According to these models, two programs are compiled and a lot of computation are made. The results indicate that the method and models are feasible, and the irrigation scale obtained is in keeping with practice.
