摘    要:电动车用动力电池剩余容量(SOC)的精确的实时辨识,是电池管理系统的一个关键技术.为有效的对电池剩余容量进行预测,文中对湖南大学开发的纯电动汽车(EV-3)所使用的镍氢动力电池组作充放电性能测验,给出了电流、电压、容量曲线,实验证明镍氢电池是现阶段较适合用于电动汽车的动力电池.并在此实验基础上,利用开环电压与剩余容量的对应关系,运用广义回归神经网络(GRNN)建立蓄电池的电压降模型,并进一步建立反向传播网络(BP网络)得到了开路电压与剩余容量的对应关系,网络预测结果和实验数据误差较小.实验和仿真结果证明人工神经网络可以建立一个精确而有效的SOC智能预测系统.
