碳五分离装置热偶精馏的操作特性

摘    要:以碳五分离装置为例,对热偶精馏塔用于非理想体系的操作特性和节能效果进行了模拟分析与研究。根据分离 要求确定了热偶精馏塔的操作特性,研究了热偶精馏塔的节能效果,探讨其实际运用的可行性。碳五分离装置采用热 偶精馏塔,可以在满足分离要求的前提下,节能23.3%左右。

Abstract:With the carbonium 5 separation unit as an example, the operational performance and the energy saving effects of the thermal-ly coupled distillation was simulated and analyzed for the nonideal system. We determined the operational performance according to the separation requirements, and researched the energy-saving and the feasibility of utilization of the thermally coupled distillation. Applying the thermally coupled distillation, the extent of energy saving is about 23.3% comparing with the conventional distillation process according to the separation requirements.
