| 摘 要： | FMS的可靠性不但与系统本身的构成有关，而且与其承载的具体任务有关。该文把故障分析方法和数值仿真技术结合在一起，基于FMS生产过程数值仿真来研究FMS可靠性。此方法模型通用性好，可靠性数据真实可靠，结果形象直观，较好地解决了定量评价FMS可靠性的问题。

| Abstract: | The FMS reliability relates to its task as well as to its structure. In this paper, a method is applied to study the FMS reliability based on the simulation of its production process,which integrates with the method of failure analysis and the technology of the computer simulation. The model has perfect versatility, the data of the reliability exactitude, and the result displayed use graphics, so this method preferably solves the problem of quantificational analysis the FMS reliability. |
