连续油管故障树的建立与分析

摘    要:结合现场调研和有关文献资料,根据故障树分析理论,用演绎法建立了连续油管的故障树。列举了连续油管的主要失效模式,从定性和定量两个方面探讨了连续油管失效的各种原因及影响连续油管可靠性的主要因素。通过对连续油管故障树结构重要度的分析,指出了除人为操作失误外,腐蚀破坏、循环弯曲、内部压力是导致连续油管早期失效的主要原因,材料和性能质量是影响连续油管可靠性的重要因素。最后提出了延长连续油管使用寿命的有效措施。

Abstract:The coiled tubing fault tree is constructed based on field investigation and relevant literature by use of the fault treeanalysis theory.The main failure patterns of coiled tubings are outlined, the failure causes are discussed qualitatively and quantitatively, and the main factors influencing the reliability of coiled tubings are investigated. By analyzing the structural importance of the coiled tubing fault tree, it is indicated that, misoperation, corrosion, cyclic deflection and innerpressure are the main factors causing the premature failure of coiled tubing ,and the quality and property of material are the vital factors effecting the reliability of coiled tubings. Thereby the effective measures for improving the service life of coiled tubings are proposed.
