摘    要:考察了荧光自动加药控制仪是否能准确检测和自动控制循环水中含磷或无磷缓蚀阻垢剂的质量浓度,并测试了pH值、浊度、油的质量浓度、杀菌剂等因素对自动加药示值的影响,考察了示踪化药剂的缓蚀阻垢效果。试验表明,采用荧光示踪技术可以真正实现循环水自动加药。

Abstract:The accurate monitoring and automatic control of mass concentration of corrosion ingibitors containing phosphorus or no phosphorus in cooling water by fluorescent automatic chemicals dosnging instrument are investigated.The impact of pH value,turbidity oil content and bactericide etc on the indicated value of the automatic dosaging instrument is tested.The corrosion and fouling inhibition results of fluorescent tracing chemicals are studied.It is demonstrated that the automatic chemicals dosnging can be realized for cooling water by fluorescent tracing technology.
