| 摘 要： | 运用CAE软件进行熨斗上盖的注塑成型设计，对其充模时间、注射压力、气穴、熔接痕和翘曲变形等进行模拟分析，根据结果有针对性地优化模具设计方案。解决了实际生产中出现的制品缺陷问题，从而提高制品质量，缩短模具设计制造和产品开发周期。

| Abstract: | By using CAE software, the injection molding process of iron cover was designed, the simulation analysis of its filling time, injection pressure, air traps, weld lines and warpage deformation were carried out, and the design project of the injection mould was optimized according to the results. The problems of product defects during practical production are solved, which improves the product quality and shortens the product development cycle. |
