山西省中心镇农村电网建设的研究

为落实中央经济工作会议提出的坚持走中国特色城镇化道路，把重点放在加强中小城市和小城镇发展上的战略部署，山西省电力公司决定结合山西省中心镇发展规划，对中心镇农村电网进行建设，为山西省中心镇经济社会发展提供坚强的能源支撑。结合山西省农村电网升级改造规划，对中心镇农村电网建设进行研究，指出其面临的问题和建设的新内容，分析农村电网建设的原则，并进行成效分析，为山西省全面推广中心镇农村电网建设提供借鉴。

Research on Rural Power Grid Construction of Centre Town in Shanxi

Following the strategies proposed by Central Economic Working Conference that stressed on the development of small and medium-sized cities, Shanxi Electric Power Corporation carries out the construction of power grid in centre town to provide energy to the economic and social development of centre town. According to the upgrading plan of rural power grid in Shanxi, its construction plan is studied is this paper. It points out the problems faced and new issues in the construction and analyses the principle of rural power grid construction and its effectiveness after the construction. It is a worthy reference for promoting the construction of power grid in centre town.
